We are looking for an experienced organized Bookkeeper to undertake all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.


  • Manage Accounting operations including Payroll, A/R, A/P, GL, Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entries
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Assist with all audits including Workers Compensation
  • Grant administration including liaison to grant providers (preferred but not required)
  • Perform other administrative functions as directed

Relevant Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven work experience as a bookkeeper
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Understanding accounting best practices
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • High attention to detail
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Professionalism and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
