Attorney and/or Experienced Union Official

Teamsters Local 330 represents private and public sector employees in various industries in the far western suburbs. It is currently seeking an experienced Labor Law Attorney and/or an Experienced Unionist that has served as a union official to join our staff..

Responsibilities will include assisting the Principal Officer in the administration of the local union which will include negotiating collective bargaining agreements, addressing member and employer questions and concerns, processing grievances, prepping for arbitrations, enforcing contracts, handling of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issues, etc.

Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and exercise sound judgement in complex situations. Competitive salary structure. Excellent benefit package.
