Job Description:
Ensures implementation of the collective bargaining program: files grievances; drafts contract language and negotiates contracts; administers contract enforcement; monitors changes in conditions of employment (new policies of employer), files unfair labor practices; communicates and coordinates with shop stewards; organizes internal and external

Requirements (minimum requirements):
The individual shall have independently demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:

1. Re-opened and re-negotiated existing Collective Bargaining Agreements
2. Conducted negotiations for first-time Collective Bargaining Agreements
3. Involved with conducting organizing campaigns
4. Instruct/teach how to process a first step grievance with stewards

Compensation:
The position includes a generous salary and benefits package in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement.
